An exceptional week for La Castanya: on saturday April 19th, record store day, we will release Imaginary Third by The Van Pelt, a very special record by one of our all-time favorite bands.

Imaginary Third is the previously unreleased 3rd album from 90’s NYC Post-Rock / Basement Show / Cult Favorites. The would be follow up to 1997 classic Sultans of Sentiment, contains their high watermark, The Speeding Train. A record full of poetry and charm by a unique band.
